Tom Mackie - Vice President, Project and Event Management
Thomas J. Mackie, “T-Mac”, has over 10 years experience in program and project management while directing multi billion dollar government contracts within the defense industry. Tom is responsible for planning, organizing, directing functional resources and processes to meet contract cost, schedule and technical performance requirements. Tom develops technical and business development strategies between contractors, government, and senior ranking military officers.
Tom has 18 years of flying experience and is currently flying F/A-18 Hornets for the Marine Corps Reserve in Miramar, Ca. As a senior level instructor, with numerous overseas deployments, he was tasked with large force strike and mission briefs to all joint international foreign Air Forces from Europe to Southwest Asia. He was particularly singled out to brief international senior staff and diplomats. He was charged with developing dynamic strategic Concept of Operations during threat environments involving detailed planning combining all assets and resources to accomplish objectives.

• Graduate of the Navy Fighter Weapons School “Topgun”
• Graduate of Northrop Grumman’s elite Program Management Course
• President and founder of the Brett Bekken Foundation
• Co-Founder of G-Force Leadership and RAZR
